All my programming is tailored to your specific needs & goals, while also taking into account your work/family life and commitments.
I write my athlete's plans in TrainingPeaks, one week at a time, that way we are able to make needed adjustments based on how your body is adapting to the training, recovery, your schedule and other life commitments.
Whether you are training for a triathlon, marathon, endurance swimming event, cycling event, HYROX event, looking to pass your PRT or just looking for some structure in your long term training, I can help!
Not local to Annapolis? No problem! One on one coaching is mostly remote, with many of my athlete’s living all over the country.
